March 6, 2006 - The collection was filled by the photoes from Chukotka, Lower of the
Ob river, Polar Ural, White Sea and Lower of the Volga river. In future we are planning to supplement the collection by photoes of Aleutian islands and Israel.

December 9, 2005 - Searching is on now. You may search using Latin name of species, genus, family and order.

November 20, 2005 – grand opening of the project. There are 1877 images on the website now. For search you can sue geographic or systematic index. Website is updated at least two times a month.
Soon the new collection of images from Chukotka, Western Siberia, and White Sea is coming.
